HB is a 2-story full house renovation located on the waters of Huntington Beach, California.

 

The impressive architecture dates back to the 70’s, a time where homes were designed as split levels, tall ceilings and very little flow.

 

Our main goal when starting the design process was to level out the whole first floor and create a natural flow that would accentuate the impressive views while catering to the clients’ own needs and desires.

 

The design concept aims to highlight the existing geometrical lines of the house [high vaulted ceilings, angled windows, large floor plan] using dark natural materials while balancing them with organic tones and textures. The result is an updated modern island home. One that takes pride in its elegant details, geometry, and gives a stage to the waters surrounding it.
